Shipping policy

 

At this time, we are currently shipping to the United States only. 

Orders arrive between 3-14 business days.

We charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping.

Free shipping on all orders over $50.

Please note that these are estimates and shipments generally arrive earlier than the expected date. 

Tracking numbers will be provided in a separate email once your order has shipped.

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders ship from the United States.

Specific orders & Pre-orders may take 2-3 weeks due to a high volume of demand and backorders.

Please expect minor delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a high volume of orders and special event sales.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
